Senior Road Design Engineer

Lead geometric road design on major highway and urban projects across Mongolia, working in AutoCAD Civil 3D within a senior-led pod of three engineers.

Responsibilities

• Produce geometric alignment design for roads and highways to MRTD standards
• Prepare and check cross-sections, profiles, and drainage layouts
• Coordinate design with structures, drainage, and survey disciplines
• Review and sign off on junior engineer work products
• Liaise with client and government agency contacts on technical matters

Requirements

• 5+ years road design experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience with Mongolian MRTD design standards
• Strong written and verbal communication in Mongolian

Nice to Have

• Experience on ADB or World Bank funded projects
• BIM/Civil 3D corridor modelling experience
